With the holidays quickly approaching it is the time to think about decorating the house.

Luckylure Christmas trees at Hwy 73 and Brook Forest road in south Evergreen, Co is an annual tradition to hundreds of foothills families who are seeking more than a parking lot experience.

Instead the visitors are treated to a mountain creek side location and a meadow where they can choose their special fresh tree.

From small to tall we have them all and there are yards of garland and wreaths of every size. There is a warming house with a crackling fire, free refreshments, gifts and coloring books for the kids. Helpful elves will prepare your tree for the trip home with a fresh cut, bagging and then tie your tree to the vehicle.

During your visit you may see Elk and Deer wandering about the meadow or a red fox dart the hillside you can feed trout through the ice and the raccoons if they visit. For additional family fun close by there is a sledding hill, Ice skating on the lake, a reindeer and buffalo herd, hiking in the National forest and quaint shops in old downtown Evergreen.

Luckylure will open the day after Thanksgiving until Dec. 20 Mon-Fri noon till 8pm Sat-Sun 9 till 9
